Terrible experience would never order from this company again!
I ordered a 2 day express delivery as I was only in the US for 4 days. It was a birthday present to bring back to the uk. Made contact multiple times with no reply to ask about delivery date, to cancel the order. No one responded intact the only communication i received was auto updates on delivery and a message asking for a review. So stressful and disappointing as I can’t get this in the uk. Worst experience I’ve had for a long time with any online order
